Red Bull: Cliff Diving

For the second year in row, Red Bull hosted its 14th annual Cliff Diving Competition in Boston. With over 25,000 spectators in attendance, Red Bull was seeking a seasoned event partner to create a surprising and fun experience for its VIP guests that showcased their newest seasonal flavor; Juneberry.

Approach

The entire experience was hosted on a yacht positioned in a coveted and unobstructed viewing location directly in front of the 90 ft diving platform overlooking Boston Harbor. Hundreds of invite-only guests, including executives, influencers, and local partners, were treated to a unique tasting experience that included live entertainment and exceptional hospitality. A custom sampling experience served up the newest flavor via a surprise-and-delight “porthole wall”, where a bright blue-gloved human arm replenished its Juneberry stock the moment a can was removed from the display. From the welcome party the night before to the boat on event day, guests were caught up in the high-octane world of the definitive extreme sport for people looking to “get their wings.”
