Levi’s: Levi’s Haus Miami x Khalid

Challenge

Design, build, and produce a super-exclusive VIP concert experience from the ground up with an A-list artist during Super Bowl Week in Miami. The experience should heighten engagement around the big Levi’s pop-up store, produced by fellow agency Anthemic, and help kick-start a run of exciting premier events that build up to the most important football game of the year.

Approach

Use an empty lot to erect a stage large enough for Khalid and his band and dancers, but small enough to still feel intimate and appropriate for the space. Bring in all technical infrastructure including Stageline trailer, cutting edge lighting and sound, power, and front-of-house production and help oversee all showtime logistics for a 2-hour spectacle that guests will be buzzing about all weekend.

Results

Over 650 VIP guests were treated to an amazing performance by Khalid, kicking off a Super Bowl Week that will long be remembered.
