JBL x Doja Cat: Soundcheck

Challenge

Working with multiple agencies, produce an exclusive live event for 150-200 superfans featuring GRAMMY-Award winning artist and JBL Global Brand Ambassador Doja Cat to be filmed for TV and digital ad spots.

Approach

Trigger(House identified iconic live music venues in Los Angeles and selected the famous Roxy Theatre to produce the unforgettable concert experience. T(H implemented a registration and ticketing system with multiple phases of communication to drive on-site attendance, oversaw all AV components for the live performance, managed GA and VIP fan experiences, gifting and product seeding, and artist hospitality.

Results

Out of 3,660 total registrants, 181 superfans attended the private, invite-only soundcheck event with Doja Cat. Each attendee was sent home with a JBL x Doja Cat swag bag including customized in-ear headphones and an unforgettable story to brag about to their friends.
