JBL: JBL Flagship Store

Challenge

In preparing to open a new flagship store in the middle of one of NYC’s most stylish neighborhoods, JBL tasked Trigger(House with helping them create a cutting-edge, immersive, and Covid-safe retail experience that would stop (the many) passing pedestrians in their tracks.

Approach

T(H designed and installed all professional audio and lighting solutions in the new JBL flagship store, integrating top-tier systems to enhance the visitor experience. We sourced and facilitated the installation of tech throughout the space—including building out an engaging gaming center, managing video content, and more. We also printed and installed branded graphics and signage throughout the footprint. And, for additional accessibility and ease of use, light and video content was rigged to be controlled remotely.

Results

When opening day arrived, the new JBL store made quite a splash, giving visitors a hands-on experience with the brand’s signature audio products. Stocked with a massive range of merchandise, the store is equipped with interactive customer experience centers, giving guests the option of demoing high-quality JBL sound products through their own smart devices, creating an innovative retail environment that’s both practical and immediate.
