HARMAN: Holiday In-Store Activations

Drive in-store foot traffic and sales at both the HARMAN Flagship Store on Madison Avenue and new JBL SoHo Store in NYC during the holiday shopping season—all while providing an effective and safe shopping experience for guests, adhering to best practices in the Covid-19 era.

Approach

Trigger(House hired energetic in-market staff at both store locations to engage shoppers and share some holiday spirit with a gift-with-purchase promotion and complimentary gift wrapping. Branded hospitality gift bags that included bottled water, lip balm, and hand sanitizer were given to shoppers to elevate their shopping experience. Attention-grabbing in-store signage was printed and displayed that highlighted key products and holiday promotions. T(H also designed, fabricated, and installed a custom holiday tree for the JBL SoHo Store that lit up the room and complemented the store’s industrustrial aesthetic.
