Ben & Jerry’s: Dessert’d

Challenge

Design a PR moment around the Ben & Jerry’s Non Dairy line that showcases how surprisingly delicious the world of plant-based products can be.

Approach

Trigger(House worked with Ben & Jerry’s and other partnering agencies to design and execute a multi-market pop-up culinary experience tour. These exclusive plant-based dining experiences, hosted in Burlington, Atlanta, Denver, and San Diego featured a unique non-dairy focused dessert created by an award-winning chef. For one night only, select attendees enjoyed plant-based small bites, custom cocktails, and a live dessert demo hosted by each city's featured chef. In addition to overseeing the chef and venue collaborations, Trigger(House custom-fabricated event elements including an entry arch adorned with plants, oversized "ice cream pint" swing, and a live cooking demo station that traveled to each city, bringing the plant-based theme to life no matter the location/setting.

Results

Each event sold out far in advance of its date and, in total, the program generated over 6.4 million media impressions and 2.4 million PR impressions.
