Create an experience for media guests that cultivates the elements of nature through a northern California getaway leading up to the reveal of the BEHR 2020 Color of the Year called 'Back to Nature'.
In collaboration with Home Depot, BEHR hosted a media retreat completely immersed in the wilderness of Calistoga Ranch to announce its 2020 Color of the Year: 'Back to Nature'. The two-day event invited guests from various media outlets to enjoy the great outdoors through a welcome reception showcasing the Color of the Year palette via mini vignette builds, drink concoctions, and media gifts. Day Two was the color reveal where guests were escorted through the woods to a life-size living room vignette painted in 'Back to Nature' and decked in modern decor. Following the reveal, BEHR led an innovation session and DIY workshop showing guests the creative ways to paint and implement the 2020 colors. Finally, a wine cave dinner brought BEHR, The Home Depot, and media guests together for a celebratory toast concluding the 'Back to Nature' color reveal to the world.
