Merchants Fleet Management: Client Summit 2019

Challenge

Celebrate the launch of the Merchants Fleet Management rebrand in a Mission Impossible / Cinema style theme.

Approach

Take Merchants’ new tagline “it’s time to think outside the box” and bring it to life for guests and employees in a non-traditional setting. Located in the lobby of a cinema, this event featured customized movie posters, lighting, presentations, and even a red carpet entrance. Guests were fully submerged in a Mission Impossible themed activation. With a 7’ cube as the centerpiece, guests were able to see and interact with the new logo, all the while being welcomed into the space by a raised DJ. Once wrapped up, the Merchants team was able to bring every custom piece of the event back to their office.
