Lorissa’s Kitchen: Solstice in Times Square

Challenge
Assist Lorissa’s Kitchen with a last-minute sampling request at the annual Solstice Yoga event in Times Square NYC.
Approach
With no time to lose, T(H took possession of Lorissa’s Kitchen’s core sampling assets, including a custom-built 1949 Ford F-100, a 10X10 tent, custom barn wood sampling bars, and signage. T(H was responsible for asset transport to and from NYC, set-up/strike, and staff management onsite.
Results
After completing their sun salutations and downward dogs, over 8,000 yogis were treated to tasty natural jerky samples from Lorissa’s Kitchen.
