JBL: iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball 2018

Challenge

Highlight JBL’s line of voice-activated portable speakers at two of iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball concerts in Los Angeles and New York City.

Approach

Trigger(House created an eye-catching, holiday-themed footprint with a 10’ tall installation featuring nearly 100 JBL voice-activated speakers. The activation offered an engaging way for attendees to win JBL products and branded swag via a spin-to-win wheel. While in line, Brand Ambassadors captured participants’ email addresses and communicated key talking points about the JBL Link Series.

Results

Between the two activations, nearly 1K pieces of JBL swag were distributed, including winter knit hats, tote bags, socks, and portable chargers, and over 200 JBL products were seeded. The footprint was recognized as one of Jingle Ball’s most popular sponsor activations with consistent lines for the duration of operational hours.
