A Creative Partnership Fueled by Storytelling, Built for Real-World Impact
Some partnerships happen out of necessity. Others feel inevitable.
We’re excited to share that Trigger(House has officially partnered with MotionBazaar, a Portsmouth-based video and content production studio with a passion for storytelling that matches our own.
This isn’t a merger. It’s not a rebrand. It’s two creative teams who found each other at the right time—and decided to do more, together.
Like a lot of good stories, this one began during a strange moment in time.
Back in 2020, with live events on hold and the future feeling a little fuzzy, we at Trigger(House were thinking hard about what was next. Not just how to pivot, but how to evolve without losing the soul of what we do: crafting unforgettable, shareable moments.
That’s when we met Elan Alexenberg and the MotionBazaar crew.
What started as a few collaborative projects soon became something deeper—an aligned vision, a shared respect, and a whole lot of creative chemistry.
“We initially linked up during Covid...it was a moment where we found ourselves thinking outside the footprint of in-person events for the first time,” says Josh Sheets, Trigger(House Founder & CEO. “Content production was naturally a medium we were eager to incorporate more into what we could do for our clients.”
Trigger(House has spent over a decade refining how we bring brands to life in the real world. We’ve built an integrated model that spans creative, production, fabrication, and operations. MotionBazaar brings that same energy to the content space—nimble, bold, and sharp, with a filmmaker’s eye and a startup’s drive.
“Trigger(House is a decade our senior and really battle-tested in so many important aspects of the business that we are new to,” says Elan. “We’re still able to run wild at the drop of a hat...but it’s corralled by having the wisdom and experience of a senior operation like Trigger(House in the mix.”
In other words? Same mindset, different mediums.
We both believe in:
“We’re both motivated by the same thing—and it’s not primarily monetary,” says Josh. “It’s the love of the art of it all and getting our art out into the world on behalf of the brands we work with.”
This partnership lets us go even bigger—without losing the things that make us both who we are as individual entities.
It means:
And above all, it means more opportunities to make work that matters.
We’ve already had a taste of what this partnership can do—and we’re excited to scale it up. As Elan puts it:
“When I first stepped foot inside the Trigger(House office, I could feel that electric energy that kept me in New York for so long. It was right here in Portsmouth.”
Now, it’s here in full force—with two teams working as one to make the kind of magic you can see, feel, hear, and share.
If you’re a brand looking to make a statement—or a creative curious about what this collaboration might look like—we’d love to connect.
Let’s tell better stories. Together.
